Credit and Return Policy
1. Compliance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA)
We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which provides rights to customers when goods or services fail to meet guarantees. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
2. Returns for Faulty or Defective Items
- If your item is faulty or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
3. Change of Mind Returns
- We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds for change-of-mind returns will exclude original shipping charges.
4. Credits
- If you choose a store credit instead of a refund, the credit will be issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any product available on our website.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., personal care products, customised goods) cannot be returned unless faulty.
6. How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at enquiries@easy2c.co.nz to initiate a return.
- We will provide instructions and a return address.
- Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
7. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
8. Shipping Costs for Faulty Items
- If the item is faulty or does not meet CGA guarantees, we will cover all return shipping costs.
